I have 4 Tiger CDs, so I put disc one in the drive and selected the install option on. Download the current version of XPostFacto. If you want to try it, a 7300 should really have a G3 processor and a lot more memory, or it will be slower than molasses. I know that tray loading imacs can't install tiger, so I downloaded XPostFacto from other world computing. Ignoring the curiosity factor, installing OS X (10.1.x or 10.2.x) on a 7300 with the stock 604e/180 processor and 96 MBs of RAM isn't conceivable. I think you need to use an older version of XPostFacto, for OS 10.1.x.
